We are limited by Condo Association rules to 4 rentals a year so there is not a lot of traffic in and out of the unit and it remains in relatively new condition.

Rental also includes a 23’ boat dock, launching ramp and trailer parking.

Chico Fernandez in his book, “Fly-Fishing for Bonefish,” calls Islamorada, Florida home to the worlds largest and smartest bonefish (the world record was caught here).

You can sit on the jetty and read Chico while you watch these world class bonefish tailing from your chair next to the famous Whale Flats. Hang around awhile and you’ll spot tarpon and snook, dolphin and manatee’s. (see location map).
